This is going to sound like an ad or something but then I am absolutely enamored with Unionbank's EON CyberAccount. I got mine early last year and its proven to be really useful. I chose to open this account since I was actively buying and selling through auction.ph and to make withdrawing my funds from the site's escrow system is much more convenient since I 
had my EON account.
Now, I am even more pleased when I started blogging and doing some internet earning and getting paid thru Paypal will be a breeze since funds can easily be withdrawn from Paypal to my Eon account.
The account is actually very easy to open, you just need to fill out the form online or go to the nearest branch with your valid ID. Another great thing is that you don't have a minimum balance to maintain. You just have an annual Visa Electron fee of P350.00.
